Air Travel

MHK – The Manhattan regional airport is the most convenient option for travelers flying to the conference. Uber and Lyft both operate from the airport as well as Hertz and Enterprise being located in the airport (for car rentals you will want to schedule a vehicle in advance). Many of our local hotels also provide transportation to and from the airport.

SLN – This regional airport is located in Salina, KS, just over an hour west of Manhattan (74 miles). Hertz is located inside of the airport and Enterprise is located offsite.

MCI- There are 11 car rental companies that operate at the Kansas City International Airport: ACE, Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Fox, Hertz, National, Payless, and Thrifty. Additionally, shuttle service to Manhattan is available using Super Shuttle.

ICT – Located in Wichita, KS (136 miles), there are nine car rental companies are locate in the first floor parking garage at Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport; Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National, Payless, and Thrifty.
